Vassiliovata house (Vassiliovata Kashta) is a 3-stars guest house of top class, situated in the southern part of Bansko - in the breast of Pirin mountain and just 250 meters away from the gondola lift.

Its perfect position enables you to reach in 5 minutes walk that lift and hence - the famous ski station on the top, avoiding all traffic inconveniences (traffic jams, looking for parking places or obeying bus schedules).

Vassiliovata house is a contemporary concrete construction building, but its architecture and look are inspired from the traditional old style Bansko house.

The influence can be seen either in the perfectly recreated proportions and forms and most of all in the successfully transferred and applied stone and wooden details, designed over 300 years ago, that one can see only in the architecture of Bansko.

Besides authentic tradition, Vassiliovata house offers high level comfort with its perfect interior design, combined with top quality equipment and materials, delivered from worldwide famous producers.

Vassiliovata House represents a small apartment house, built at the end of 2005. It consists of only 8 large one-bedroom flats of 80 - 100 sq.m. each. (2 on each floor, incl. the loft).

Each apartment offers a perfect view on the Pirin mountain - the slopes and the marvelous pick of Vihren - 2914 m. of altitude.
